practice leading. entrepreneurs are successful when they get other people behind them. The other important advice is be patient and offer to help someone else who is successful, for free so you can learn from them

if you want to be successful then go out and make something of yourself, build something never built before to the benefit (spelling?) of man, or go back to school and get a degree and a great job. You know how you obtain higher self-esteem? Its by getting up and no longer being that loser who sits on the couch and complains about how he cant be successful because he hates himself. ( I do not mean that you are that person and in no way mean to insult you just getting my point across.) Success builds self-esteem, if anything you need motivation and the fact that you want to succeed should be enough. And since your agressive and a completist you can use that to your advantage, be agressive towards work or learning (no don’t sit there punching books or your desk) and anything task given to you that would help you succeed then complete it thoroughly, my friend all you need to do is start small and you can do whatever it is you want.

being trusted by others has alot more to do with your communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, and they history you build with them. being very expressive and speaking confidently about the parts of you that you are sure about,… e.g. your dedication to being an entrepeneur,… is extremely important. winston churchill was an ugly guy and he got all of the UK behind him. you want to be trusted? say stuff you believe in, and it’ll show naturally and effortlessly in your body language. also, don’t be afraid to acknowledge your unusual nose, it might make other people more conscious enough to reset their prejudice
