Dear sir my older brother is suffering in kidney problem

from passt six months.hi booth kidney is have been damaged.so thats why we have to do dialysis in every day.we are poor.it being very very problem to arrenging mony for dyalisis. his condition is going bad. we have to transplant hi kideny.so that’s why we need a big amount of mony.we have spend as much as we can. if u can help usout it would be very very kind of u.
