Why is it.

that when a girl gives a guy her number, she blows him off when he calls. why would you give him the number in the first place

Maybe she’s shy… :/ or nervous and doesn’t want to pick up. Or maybe she likes playing mind games. Or maybe she didn’t hear the phone ringing… the phone is dead… or maybe she’s just a *****.
Their are a million explanations for something like that… Im not sure what your situation is so you would have to be more specific. :)
