Hi, go to a doctor- seriously, I have crohn’s disease and that’s how it started- but its manageable with medication- THere are various inflammatory bowel diseases, but they are similar in some ways to less dangerous iritable bowl syndrome.

if without stress or sexualy active life..there should be some serious matter
i can only advice you to go to doctor as soon as possible
for how long is this ?
