Can anyone help me ?

I am in some financial need. I haven’t been able to work in 2 years. I have 2 medical bills that have gone to collection. And are demaning thier money now. I have filed for disability, but they are so backed loged, and could take up to another year. I’m at the points that I don’t know what to do. Please help me, someone.
