ok, so today somthing bazaarily crazy happened to me.

i swear nothing like this has ever happened before! i was just singing at my lesson then i was singing out of tune for the forst time wich threw me off and the words were jumbled. when i got in the car to go home i was soooo angered i don’t know why i felt like a huge ball of fire. when i sat down at my desk i was trying so hard not to do anything woerd. the feeling went away for a split second, then i started to cry out of the blue. no reason i had a hard time stopping. i felt fine after i stoped crying.
wow never happened before i swear.

Wow! You finally realized you are not perfect… get used to it, it will happen more and more the older you become. Oh and the crying part is great. Everyone needs a good cry now and again.

Well is there anything else going on that may have made you feel stressed or distracted at that point? Also, if you are a female, sometimes hormones can have really powerful effects on your emotions. How do you feel now?

Well I remember the most memorable break down one of my friends had. He moved out at 16, trying to get emancipated, living with a friend. He was just very very stressed out and he went to put a game in the playstation. Anwyays, the picture wasn’t coming on and you could see the frustration in his face and he turned around and just begins to bawl “the playstation won’t work.” It was so funny… also because he was so stressed over everything the smallest inconvenience pushed him over the edge and he broke.

I would assume the same thing is happening you’re probably got a lot on your plate and singing good just pushed you too far.

It’s just hormones, no need to give it another thought.

maybe you have other frustrations you dont know about (or in denial of). maybe in school or family etc. and it kinda all came down to that moment when you were off-key. i don’t know if it’s like that for you. coz something like that happened to me before. i think it’s why i had a seizure lolz.

and being off-key is frustrating. especially when the choirmaster throws the voice sheets to your face when you miss a note. :)
