Some times I just wanna scream.

I’ve been having depression issues most of my life, that I really don’t think are actually depression. I have tried seeing a hand full of doctors, and have the kind of bad experience with a shrink that makes it near impossible to go back.

A bad stretch a couple months back cost me my health insurance, and I’m starting to freak. I just need a job that doesn’t cause me pain, and I can’t seem to find it. I just don’t know what to do anymore.

You really cant hold a job or go to school unless you treat your depression.. You have a computer so you can research on your own treatments for depression… This is the age of information and we dont need to worship doctors anymore… Get on a program that makes sense and stick with it.. But for you to want to work with untreated depression is not fair to you or your boss…

If you are broke and getting treatment is so difficult, make sure you get lots of exercise in the meanwhile. Even if it’s just power walking while listening to an iPod for a good half hour. It should make you feel a lot better; it’s a great way to relieve anxiety and depression. Get moving!
