its like nothings eva gonna be right again
outside im happy n jokey and since i recently broke friendship wid my best friend, i cnt realy tel any1 anythin
iv tried evrythin-i keep a diary, iv taken a loong bath, music, sleep, nothin works

i had the same problem once too. all i could do was move on. instead of trying methods to stop thinking about it organise it out in your own head. i found the quickest way to do that was to talk to someone. are you sure there is no one. even a random that there is a good chance you moght not see again lol. i tried that once. hehe. hope you feel better.
