There is a nice program called Glary utilities that has a sweet little memory optimizer in it. I use it regularly and it helps tremendously. Just Google it you will find it.

Reboot and then close all unnecessary apps/programs. You can download and run “ccleaner” to help clean things up. Yo can get it at “ccleaner.com ” Hope that helps :)
