health help: My grampa is in the hospital for the 3ed time - Help.com

My grampa is in the hospital for the 3ed time

it was yesturday and he wanted to sleep alot and the next morning he just wasnot making any sence so they took him to the hospital to do some tests but they can`t put a treike in because there is to much scar tissue any idea of what i could be ?
