I recently went tubing, and got tossed around on the tube pretty good (high waves, bouncing, etc.) Since then, I’ve had a constant headache.

It’s been 5 days now, and it still hasn’t gone away. What could be some of the causes of this, or what should I do?

Whiplash (muscle strain of the muscles in the neck) can cause headaches. What happens if you take a couple of aspirins.

I tried that. I took some migraine medication, as well as tylenol, and advil (over a couple of days), and they didn’t help at all. They actually made me more sick than I was before.

It could be unrelated to the tubing and completely coincidental. Do you have it all day and night, nonstop?

Yep. It’s been non-stop now since I got off the boat tuesday. I wake up, and my head hurts, I sit, and my head hurts, I stand, walk, talk, and my head hurts. It feels like a migraine (pounding headache, sensitivity to light, etc.), but nothing I do for it helps )-:
