Honestly, I don’t know…but, as a graduate of a “top” art school, I can give you this bit of advice. Base your decision on the way the program resonates with YOU and you specifically. DON’T choose an art school because it’s in the top such-and-such percent, or based on what others say - there are strengths and weaknesses to every program, and each one is better for different kinds of people and artists, for different reason …, if you choose based on external factors, you’ll end up with a lot of debt (most likely you will no matter what, though I would look at art departments of state universities if you are looking to save some dough) and less of an experience to show for it.

If you can manage to make college visits, and talk to real students (don’t just listen to the guidance counselors and the students who get paid to give you tours around campus - approach someone friendly looking and ask them stuff) please do.
