What I’m looking for is a way to make some money but LEGITIMATELY and not too time consuming (as I work full time already). I’ve tried selling my books but no one is biting :(

Get all your maids of honor and their escorts to help you with a monthly car wash. Talk to a local gas station so they can donate the water and the space. Tell them is for a good cause.

Increasing your income or decreasing your expenditure. But first you have to know the exact amounts of each. I don’t think a promotion’s going to help much in only 9 months, so it’s most likely the second option.
You shouldn’t take this as an example, but I had a relative who, together with her husband, managed to become a multimillionaire over her working period, on a below average salary, but reducing the expenditure to a minimal amount. They didn’t have light bulbs!
The Chinese are experts at this, they don’t make much but they save at least 1/3 of their paychecks. It’s not an impossible mission as long as you know what you’re doing and don’t act on impulse or somethin’.
