Dream

He is the truth in my dreams,
The logic in my soul,
The voice that speaks to me
And recalls my role.
He is my anchor,
Who holds me down,
His heart part of mine,
His spirit my sound.
When he isn’t here,

Reminds me who I am

I hold his hand,

Hahah why, were you excited to find someone who may live in the same state as you?

But I know that tonsss of people from my area go to North Carolina like all the time. Idk why. Apparently it has good beaches, but I’ve never been there. I was going to this summer, but I didn’t end up going =/

Iono I think that there are alot of wonderful people who come to this site from all over the world. So naturally I’d be excited if someone were close by. Wouldnt you? Yea NC definitely have great beaches, it’s a shame you didnt get a chance to go this summer. If you ever do get a chance though, I hope it inspires you to write another awesome poem

Ahh yes, I haven’t been to a beach in too long :( I moved here a year ago from California and I miss the beaches there…I am a spoiled girl when it comes to beaches :P So I was really excited to go this summer, but it was with my bf whose mom said I couldn’t go with when he asked, and besides we broke up before he left hahaha.

YES just got off work. Im in a good mood today and Lucy you inspired me to want to write a poem as well. I’m sorry you didn’t get a chance to go to the beach with your bf. If you ever come down to NC I’ll take you to the beach.

Hmmm…yes, I know what you mean, or when you just get a brainwave and it isn’t necessarily any outside forces that cause it.
