What is the easiest way to adopt out a cat?

I have too many and can not care for them all anymore, 4 are up for adoption right now…I live in Staten Island,NY, and I need names of no kill shelters, and people who can take them.

I’ll try petsmart, since it’s a few blocks away. The SPCA adopts cats from you?
