We own and operate our local family business in Omaha and have since 1987.
For 22 years- we have had a profiatble and successful business and it continues today. About 2 years ago- we entered into an arrangement with new partners and started another similar operation that was supposed to replace ours- allow us to own it and have it grow. It was basically a chance to build a newer, bigger and better company and realize our dream. When we opened- it was wildly successful until the partnership broke up due to the new partners greed. We were left with nothing but an empty building in our original location that needed cash to enable us to re-open. Since then we we returned to our orginal location about 6 months later and have now been open for about 18 months. We had to take on a substantial amount of debt to re-open- but our business returned to normal quite quickly and does grow in spite of the tough economic times. We are trying to find a person, group or entity to help us secure some short term financing or a loan to help us pay down some of our re-start costs on equipment, taxes, etc. We can provide several years of income statements that show our solid family business is successful. We would pay a very attractive interest rate, set up amicable terms and offer a balloon out in approx. 3 years. We will provide (with your input) the proper legal documents and provide the best security to protect your interest that we can. We pray that our “angels” are out there and maybe someone would be willing to help. We are good, Christain people who try to help others when we can.
