Seriously dude .
. . .Ok i work in retail and the yesterday a really good friend went into my job to make a purchase . . . .Everyone was helpful . . .at first. The item that they had bought was missing a part(the item was already taped up like it had been open at the time of purchase). Everything changed when they wanted to return the item. I was told. . .” i went back in to return it and kim(we’ll call her kim) told her to wait for a manager. I waited for about 20mins then kim who’d told me to wait for manager did my return. I tryed to explain to her why i was returning the item and was i told to “be quiet because i have a headache.” the manger was standing right there and did nothing” . . . they had a few words after that . . . .nothing major . . .no one was cussing. My problem is i live by my job and hear complaints about co-workers atleast 3times a week . . its starting to become annoying. What should i do if anything?
