Media help: Hi - Help.com

Hi

Every time i turn my pc on i get this message?
Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key.
I dont know what to do, i have had my pc for a while now and i have never had this problem before.
Sorry for my bad English.
Please help me;)

What Operating System do you have… Windows what?
