Education help: i went into a new school to complete a two year program but i played the fool the first year and failed. - Help.com

i went into a new school to complete a two year program but i played the fool the first year and failed.

Now i can either go back and do over that year or go on to the second year and complete both years work in that year. The only other option is to leave and do a course at another institution that will allow me to attend university. What do i do??
