Nose help: Which hurts more, getting your tongue pierced or getting your nose pierced? - Help.com

i say get nothing pierced. ^_^ not worth it and toooooooooo much after care. i’ve my ear piercing infected right now. i hate it. oh but i know you will get it done anyway. so get anything made of gold and GOLD ONLY in your piercing will help it heal and save you soo much trouble than if you put the gold plated/cheap silver things.I DIDN’T SPECIFY FOR THEM TO PUT GOLD IN AND THEY PUT THE CHEAP SILVER AND NOW MY EAR HURTS. Sorry got carried away -_- But yea, nose hurts more than getting your ear pierced. I don’t know about tongue.

I’ve got both done. The nose hurts worse to get pierced because there is sensitive tissue in the nostrils and your eyes generally tear up, the tongue doesn’t hurt at all to get pierced but the proceeding days are very tough without ibuprofen. Also, when eating don’t chew too hard or fast cause you can bite the ring and that is unpleasant

I got my nose done 3 days ago, it stung more than anything and a bit of shock, cos the chick that done didn’t really give me any warning to say that she was going to do it. But other than that when they put the jewelery in it’s a bit sore, more pulling and moving and such. When they clean it afterwards that stings.Ur eyes water after its done. I would say it hurts more the next day or i should say a few hrs after it when u bump it and such. Now it kinda feels like a bit of a bruise on my nose, but u generally only notice that when u hit or something. If u do get it done don’t play with it. Everyone i have spoken to said try to avoid touching it as much as possible, it will help it heal and it shouldn’t get infected. I love mine though. I’m thinking bout getting my tongue down.
