Ok have your tried pressing the windows Icon on the keyboard?
I find that usually kicks the start bar up on the screen.
If that doesn’t work then your computer may need to be backdated (Restored to earlier date).

It’s been years since I’ve done it so I can’t talk you through it as I have forgotten. But don’t fear you can find out via the net how to do it. Use the computer you used to post this and google “Restore pc to an earlier date”. Your sure to find something. It’s how I found out how to do it in the first place and it worked. My computer hasn’t gone wrong since. Because of that I have forgotten how to do it though :-p

I hope you have luck with it though.

You have a backdoor.trojan.fakealert virus I’d think. Don’t worry, you can get Explorer running well enough to restore your system and back up your data, but your number one priority after backing up your data is FORMAT!
hold the windows key and press “R” for RUN.
Type “explorer.exe” and you should be able to do things from there. If not, use the run command to open other programs like iexplore.exe (which can also be used to browse your computer).
At this point what you need is a technical consult.
I have a website wherein I can give you further information for free but I need a mod to verify for me that it’s ok to post a link here.
I provide actually free tech support through my site between me and a few other good citizens for a software security company that starts with S and who owns a product that probably came on your computer, beginning with “Nor—”. anyway it’s free support and we won’t even ask your first name, or phone number although it is live over the phone support.
None of us make any money off this. We just like to help folks out. Someone please let me know if it’s ok to post a link here. :-)
