How can i accelerate fat loss? im already on a diet and daily exercise regiment, but are there any vitamins or some other such crap i can take to accelerate the fat loss? i heard someone talking a while ago about something they took before working out, and they dropped several additional pounds than usual.

Muscles are the number one contributor to calorie burn while idle and active. It takes only a few calories to provide energy to a pound of fat cells, but it takes dozens to provide energy to a pound of muscle. The best thing to do if you aren’t doing so all ready is to add an aggressive weight lifting regimen to your exercise routine. However, it is also important to keep other records than weight - like pictures and records of how much weight you lift - to measure your progress. Muscle is denser than fat, so while you might only lose a pound of weight in a week, you will lose inches off of your diameter.

yes, the more muscle mass you have the more calories you will burn on a daily basis.
There are a lot of supplements out there that promote a faster metabolism. Lipo6, Hydroxycut (believe its off the market now), and others. They are basically all the same stuff go to GNC they have a bunch of things. When I go on my fat loss sessions I usually just drink green tea, reduce my diet to around 1800 calories a day. I don’t eat carbs, and I run 3 mi a day including my weight lifting.
You can take supplements, but realistically they just helped people lose maybe 10 more pounds vs the controlled group during the same duration of time. 10 pounds is nothing and you’d be better off doing it naturally.

i been hangin around some people doing a navy seals diet program
basicly calculate how much u use in a day, fat calories yada yada yada
and make sure you take in less than that abount
remembering certian things will cause certian results, protine for mussle beans for farts and carbs for sugers
just kidding but you get the idea
every fuel has a diffrent result
consume in the direction you want results in
now, i need to go back to the Chinese all you can eat buffet and think this over around a good 9 course meal

I think you should eat a piece of fat. When it gets to your belly, it’ll show the fat you have they aren’t welcome. They’ll have a mass exodus out.

Bacon…i just ate you this morning, you were delicious. The first thing you should know is just drink alot of water. It’ll keep you full, and also keep you running. Keep on dieting, eat healthier, avoid sugar, caffine, corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup as much as possible. Those things are the downfall. Eat fruit, vegetables, grain and meat and aviod “fatty” foods. Watch your calorie intake and eat no more than you need. Eat small meals or “snacks” throughout the day, instead of three large meals. It’ll keep you running better.
Seriously, the most important thing though is watch the sugar and corn syrup crap, drink lots of water and excerise as much as you can while getting atleast eight hours of sleep.

I dont know man, one thing I do know is diets do not work you have to change the way you eat and change your lifestyle for consytant weight loss. And count calories!
Thats kinda the only advice I can offer..

as far as I know, counting calories, cutting out junk, and exersizing are the best things to do. Anything that promises it’ll burn extra fat is probably about as true as your opening statement….

well, i know there are vitamins or a drink or something that are considered dangerous because of how they burn fat, but i have enough of it that one or 2 wont really hurt.

if you’re pretty over weight just get a lock on your diet. Try to not eat any carbs and stick to lean meats (fish, chicken, turkey, lean steaks). just take in like 1800 calories a day see what that gets you. try to separate your meals to 5-6 smaller meals every 2-3 hours. This will optimize your metabolism. And make sure you are exercsiing. You should lose like 2 pounds a week if you stick to it

ah, well being white and growing up in lovely subburbs lead me to believe it was a typo :) hey at least I don’t try to fake that I know stuff like that lol
Consistancy is the key, dont be down heartened, your doing things right so keep your head up and everytime you think of slipping, remind yourself that goal you set at the begining. You can do it and are doing it. head up matey and dont give up.
