New Hair style?

I love having long hair but i have no style or layers. I feel like i look boring, it would make me sad to have short hair but i want to look good. Tell me what you think, I am growing my bangs longer so i can do more things with them like put them to one side, but other than that what should i do? I have relativly thin hair so drastic layers wouldn’t work. And if you dont think i should cut it how do i style it? I have only used a straightener like 5 times but i have a little bit of wave in my hair. I feel like I have looked the same all of my life and guys don’t take interest in me. So tel me what you would do with my hair.
