Strange thing just happened.

I tried to install Microsoft office on my laptop. It told me I needed Windows XP system pack 2, or something a long those lines. So I downloaded that, and it told me that I need to restart. So I did then I installed Office. It to needed a restart. So I did. After the restart my computer was no longer able to find any wireless signal to go on-line. What happened?
