the world
it sits so heavely on my shoulders
weighing down my every move
holding me back from the future i had once planned out perfectly
detail to detail
i carry this burden along through my day of already pure torture
trying to walk fast with this heaviness on me
trying to be rid of the pain
quicker
but resulting in weak knees and a bloody back
i carry the world on my shoulders
as i trudge my way through the school halls
waiting for someone
one person to releave me of this pain
but no
i am must bare this bunden
i must bare this past
i must deal with the world on my shoulders
with a judas walking behind me
asking forgivness
a mother crying into her sleeves
weeping at the sight of her flesh and blood’s own end
for i am not as strong as jesus was
i fall
and fall
with the world on my shoulders
i fall
by the 3rd time
i can no longer stand
no one to whip me to work
no one to support this burden i bare
alone i lay
exhausted from this journey
the world sits so perfectly
next to me now
for i have conquered
i have won
