I think you need to take time for yourself, work stress can cause a lack of being “with it”. If you worry, start writing every night before bed.

Do you have any reason to believe there is something physical going on?

Don’t worry about that just yet. You won’t neccesarily lose your memory. However even if you do some time in the future don’t worry about it yet. Live your life to the full. If you are really worried about it try to take up something like bingo for example as that will keep your brain working and focusing. And plus its really fun. Merry xmas. Aimee x x x

I’m 37 and I notice my memory getting worse all of the time. Here is a site about alzheimers that has some good tips (look at reducing risk on the page). I have been taking a B complex and it seems to help a little. So look at these and maybe they can help.

hey man if you LUCKY you will get alzheimers

I’ve been an aid for 5 years and the difference between a nursing home and a memory care home? the people without alzheimers are unhappy, sick, and in pain…
someone with alzheimers or dementia? Happy, energetic, and hardly ever have pain!

so you forget a few things, yeah that sucks but at least you’ll die happy

I’m 54 and sometimes I myself have problems remembering things, which is normal….so what I do is I write things down….and I read a lot in order to stay focused…also your diet matters…

take ginkgo biloba… its a herbal remedy for memory..

take it for at least 2 months but once a day for about 6 months is REALLY REALLY GOOD… the only side affect would be maybe a minor headache for very few people.

u can buy it online or at any herbal or health shops believe me its EVERYWHERE. buy the ones that are once a day not taken 2 or 3 times a day.
