I personally adore chic, undue modesty (à la Seberg/Hepburn) and unconditional positive regard towards other people (not necessarily me). But I’m probably not who you’d like to attract, as you’d never know if you’d had any success, because I’m too shy and too much of a pansy to act on my impulses.

depends. but basically 22 and up. lol
some guys mature earlier.
a lot of guys are really mature by 18.
buuut most guys are crazy party guys until they’re 22ish.
confidence and modesty are big ones for me. A woman who dresses modestly covering up is sexier than a woman who exposes herself to the world. Confidence is beautiful, a woman who can walk around with her head held high seems to have a bounce in her step.
The line along the back of the neck is a weakness for me, a long neck from shoulder to the ear when she turns away from me. Also the back of the knee the way the line looks along the leg down past the knee… But the big one I notice first is her eyes. I try to see what she feels by looking into her eyes.
