Cats don’t suffer the same symptoms as humans when pregnant.
She probably ate something bad.

yes, it could be morning sickness, in the early stages of pregnancy most mammals go through the same symptoms in pregnancy, and morning sickness is one of those. if it goes on for a long time, or if she is off her food for more than a couple of days, its time to visit the vet though.
