how can i stick to healthy eating?

i feel like i have tried everything but i just cannot stick to it, since i started trying to lose my extra 7lbs i have actually gained about 5 more. i now binge eat much more and have even less self confidence and cannot break the horrible habit. i dont know what advice would work at this stage but i hope someone understands and could share a tip, it seems so simple for others to lose the little extra weight! i am currently 9 stone 2lbs and 5 foot 4, aged 17. thanks everyone xx

get one diet drink/snack that you like a lot then when you feel like snacking eat that
when you feel hungry drink a lot of water or some other thing like tea
don’t restrict too much it just makes you want all that you can’t have

It’s the famine and feast syndrone. We have famine then we feast, it is in us biologically.

Start with your shopping. Buy only whats on your food program (I hate the word diet.) and don’t have anything else in the house.

Find a picture of a girl with the size you want to be. Cut out the face and put your face in the picture. Paste that on the refrigerator to remind of your goal.

Drink a lot more water, flavor it with a slice of lemon or lime. Cutting out pop all together will have you lose weight automatically without changing what you eat right now.

When you have a snack, make yourself a plate. A few carrots, some grapes, slice of apple, small slice of cheese, and eat whole grain everything.

When you have a snack plate with several different things on it, it will tell the brain “Hey I am eating a lot.” Good luck to you. I hope this helps.
