how do i get in to the film/ tv bussiness?

i dont want to be an actress or an extra

i want to work behind the camra as a camraman (well woman lol) or work on a scriped or a director or a runner anything in the film or telly bussiness really

i am 20 years old live in manchester, uk and have crap GCSEs i am stuck in a dead end job and i tottal love films i have ad addiction really (over 1000 lol) so this seens the right wat to go i want a fun job ill kill myself if i have to wortk in a offic!!!!!

ANY ADVISE would be great thanks a million
