(I have to fill you in on this part, bc it was funny and strange)
me:”What’s it called when something is floating in the air?”
He said “a mistake?”
Me: HUH?
Him: like passing gas?
me: NO, LOL, I just meant like not touching anything, but floating.
him: oh, levitating
Me; yes, that was what I meant. HAHA

so maybe levitation?

you need to set out your characters before even thinking of the plot,write full descriptions of them on traits,personality etc,then work on your plotline,trying to write a story out of your head with no general base is really hard
