Hi.

Ok so im a 19 year old guy and i’m not depressed or lonely or sad or anything. Sure I have my worries etc but last night (when under the influence of alcohol) i couldn’t help but just crying?! Anyone know what could have caused it, i know presumably it was the drink but still im a little worried and embarrassed.

Do you remember what you were thinking about when you were drunk and crying?

Maybe your unconscious was thinking about something sad that happened to you. It happens to some people. No big deal. I’ve done it.
