Steroids will bloat you not rip you… do a thousand push ups and sit ups every day and you’ll be so ripped you’ll look like Jean Claude Van Damme in a couple of weeks.

You have a to follow a very–very–regular workout schedule to get ripped! It takes a while, but once you have the six pack, you will be very proud and all the ladies will be after you!
