I’m desperate.
Gee I wonder how many posts here start with that line.
I have two children, 6 and 10 months. I had a decent job once. I had a decent car once. I’ve been laid off and looking for a job, ANY job for over 6 months. The state just took our foodstamps and partial childcare assistance because my girlfriend had a few lia sophia jewelry sales parties she didn’t report. Probably because we spent more than she made.
I can’t leave the house now to look for a job, and the internet is even borrowed, I won’t have that for much longer.
What we need is help. Money, a job, a babysitter we can trust. We’re in Madison WI.
I don’t know what else to do. Any work would be best. I have a hard time thinking about taking charity, but I’ll take a job… I don’t care what it pays, I can do it. I have to.
