well, you have two choices and they both suck, 1) stay there, your adults not children so you should get along fine. ino its easier than saying it but doing it but leave it behind you, if its hard to do just try to avoid each other. 2)move back to your parents but still pay the morgage.

You could rent out the house to a few people, while paying off the mortgage, or rent out rooms, if you live near a college it would work really well.

You have lost nothing but found out he is a Pr&^%.Now back to reality… If you can halve of the house is yours rent the Rooms he will get sick of it. People coming and going .Dont move back in with him .Keep paying halve of the House ….
