Help me, I ate too much and can’t get up from my couch.

What can I do? I’ve been an over eater my entire life! I’m too fat to walk or run. Help Please!

just start out small… and then gradually make your way to harder longer exercises maybe try weight watchers or something..

yes there is this 10 day fast that you can do and that will make you lose weight fast… its called the master cleanser.. you would have to stay committed to this for it to work though.. .the first few days are super hard
