I sorta need help with this too, lol.

Hm, maybe try to do some Yoga?
Exercise can be a good way to get those endorphins rushing!

How about things you used to enjoy before your slump? Any hobbies?

You can always try a therapist and some anti-depressants if nothing else seems to be working…

I’d say ditch the friend. Nobody needs fair-weathered friends…

However, you shouldn’t drown people with your issues. Try to find a balance.
