Can’t get my webcam working on MSN, was working a few months ago, but now…

nothing?? Reinstalled software and downloaded some drivers but to no avail. Grey blank screen, seems to be a problem with streaming? Tried a different webcam to se if mine was ok, but that one didn’t work either?? Anyone know what’s up with it?
