I think I’m bi-polar or suffering from depression.

I don’t have medical insurance that will cover treatment and my condition has left me so broke and paralyzed that I can barely function. I have a beautiful wife and child and I really want to do right by them. Is there help out there for someone like me? Can anyone HELP?!!!
