My first was mostly normal except it came a week early, then i stopped and now a week later i started agian and its heavy. I took a pregnany test it was negative but then if i was pregnant it would be a little early for a test. Does anyone know what this could mean?

please see a doctor as soon as you can, dont want to worry you but i have seen this before, and it didnt turn out too good, the girl was in hospital for a while, everything was ok after about 1 week.. but she only went to hospice cause she left it late, best thing to see doctor JUST IN CASE! but im sure you’ll be ok!
It could have been a preganancy but the cells stopped developing, it is not really classed as a miscarriage that early though but I am pretty sure that the HG levels would have been detected on the test.
When was your last smear?
Did you get the all clear?
Depending on your age, it is fairly normal to have irregular periods.Sometimes people who are in their teens will skip period and sometimes they will have more than one in a short period of time. I wouldn’t be too worried about it.
Puck is right.
It is very common to experience irregularities in your cycle. Our hormones are affected by so many factors including diet, stress, age, development, medication…and these can cause early periods, late periods, all sorts of hiccups!
It is wise to chat this through with your doctor though. He/She will be able to check you over and make sure that all is well and give you the best reassurance :)
please see a doctor
how old are you?
Its normal to have irregular periods

I noticed that last month, you had a “blip” and were on birth control (I had a look at your previous post).
Chat this through with your family planning advisor or doctor as it could be that the pills you have are not the best for you. They may be able to offer you alternatives.

Not trying to scare you or anything but I thought irregular periods were the norm, after having kids and everything, things just take a while to go back to normal etc well I now have cervical cancer and iregular periods is a symptom =/

Any change from what would be normal to you during menstruation needs further investigation. Though I have to say. Really periods are just a curse. And they happen whenever they want, however long they want and however heavy they want. While doctors say the cause is unknown. I suffer myself. You just have to accept it
Seeing a doctor is always the best advice.
It’s not possible for anyone to diagnose things online and only a doctor can really tell you what is going on.
Sorry living, it is good, I was just adding that sometimes you shouldn’t just accept something as the norm just because it is the norm for the majority.
It is normal for periods to be iffy for the fist few years of starting them, also when you go on birth control and also after kids..
BUT not always is it the case and sometimes it is just best to make sure you have covered every aspect of things before you forget it.
