Today being 9/11, i’d like to have a moment of silence to remember that tragic day.
With every passing year since that day, those of us who were not directly affected by 9/11 (such as having someone who died in the towers that day) are feeling towards it less, not because we are bad people, that’s just how human instinct works. What would be making you a bad person, would be if you were to completely forget about it (as is the moral of history “those who don’t learn/forget their history are bound to repeat it). Thus, our children and grandchildren who are born after that will not feel very much about that day and may not even remember it when september eleventh comes around each year. But for those of us who were alive when that happened, I invite you all to a moment of silence and prayer (should you be a person who has a religion) toward that tragic day.
