I should have known my depression would get worse once school started.

Yesterday was upsetting and today I just am angry. I have had lots of thoughts of suicide today. I would not do it but I just haven’t felt this way in a long time. I need a break and this was only week one of classes. I take an exam tomorrow to be certified teach. I am just so sick of life.

Talk to some of your friends about it. If they’re true friends, they’ll understand and help you out. (by true friends, i mean ones that are there for you when you need them, not just the ones who just hang out every once in a while with you and will backstab you if they have to, although it’s okay to have “friends” like that just to hang out with and all, just as long as you know not to put your full trust in them)

Ignore the idiots who give you problems. Its easier if you take it one small step at a time. And when ever you’re feeling like you want to end it, talk it out with a friend. Dont make a mistake you can’t come back from.

hello… i totally can relate with you. i was just being bullied again at office today just for their fun. this can take a toll at you if it repeatedly happening. but you’ve got to focus on the positive note and not a bad one. sometimes we just have to ignore the people that want to have you down and just show that you are different than what they are by treating other people well. and the thing that have set me free is forgiveness. you have to truly forgive yourself and other people so you can be free. the only i’ve got thru this is by knowing that christ has forgiven me at the cross and that i’m totally loved. you are forgiven and loved too. let this be your new song and may joy fill your life always.

I understand what you’re talking about… I just started my Psychology school term this April, but now I’ve already deferred form the course.I suffer from insomnia and depression and I find it so hard to go to school every single day.I dun have many close friends at all and I find them artificial(I don’t want to believe they’re so fake like all the ‘friends’ I’ve had in my prev schools). My classmates are like my acquaintances whom I dun speak to unless absolutely neccessary… Moreover,my school’s really far,and the projects just makes me so extremely stressed cuz the time we’re given to do them are short, like 2 and a half weeks, plus we have presentation too:( There’s just too much to do. Studying this subject nearly made me go bonkers. LOL

While I might continue my diploma in Psy next January, every day I’m just thinking how I’m gonna cope with all that stress with school that adds to all that stress!!
