One blue tooth, two blue teeth?? Or one blue tooth two blue tooths? OR one blue tooth, two blue tooth?

just write two blue tooth. without the “s”, if you are not satisfied with that then says two blue tooth headsets !

I use blue tooth as an adjective, not a noun. So, you would ask your friend “Do you have a blue tooth headset”, while you would ask the store clerk “Do you have any blue tooth headsets?”
