I’m addicted to the sad songs.

I often can control my mood with my music. I can cheer myself up by listening to upbeat songs, I relax by listening to slow, peaceful songs. I have learned to use it to make my life better.

Now though, I seem to be listening to the songs that get me down, remind of me of the bad times, or the times I miss. It has the effect on me, that maybe to be happy again, I have to break down and be sad?

Now I know, it probably doesn’t make too much sense, but any thoughts?
