iv dislocated my kneecap, it hurts ALOT, i need 2 no

how to pop it back in, i cannot reach a doc, its my right knee and it is poped out on the right side.

My mother gets this. She just stands up and walks as quickly as possible. It just snaps back into place. She says longer it’s out of place the more painful and awkward to get back in
