I am having trouble gaining access to auto run for CD “Professionalism in Health Care” ISBN-13:978-0-13-515387-1

Operating system is Windows Vista

I have followed all the steps recommemdmed for intall and run of auto run and Resume Builder, including turning off User Account Control (UAC) and rebooting, but “access is denied” for both Resume Builder and for Run index.exe.

When i try to open files manually, there are no questions, just blanks, however, videos are working.
