i dont know what to do…

so i’ve been with my boy friend for about a year now, and things are great, but due to my parents i rarely get to see him. and i love him and we have been through quite a lot.
but recently i have met this new guy, and i realize that i have feelings for him, and he is always telling me about how lonely he is, and how no one cares. i really like him.
but i dont know what to do.
any advice?

Be a friend to him, but you have to keep telling yourself that you have a guy that you love. Don’t let this other guy be a temptation.

i am def. trying
hes becoming one of my best friends.
just sometimes with him there and not being able to see my boyfriend… but knowing he cares and loves me

That’s a tough one. . .

The best advice I can give you is just to be friends with him. You’re going to have to try to push those other thoughts of him aside if you want to keep your boyfriend.

Maybe you could try separating yourself a little from this other guy. I mean, I know he needs someone to talk to and he obviously trusts you, so try talking to him on the phone instead of in person, and when you do see him in person, try not to stay long. Do you think that could work?
