i am deressed and ive been depressed for about a year now.i want help so bad,it has just gotten worst and worst throught time…

i want help but my family does not belive in depression.i live with my grandmother and i beg at times to please take me to a doctor but her anserw to everything is go wash the or go clean!!…:_(
to everything i have to sayy…
i live in a very old fashioned mexican family..
so its hard…

i dont go to school write now when i did go to school counslers would try to help but yet nothing would change…i understand that things can only if your try to change them and ive trying so hard and for so long,but it just comes write evryday and night..
write now what im doing id keeping myself so busy that i dont have time to think or feel.

i think what has made me depressed is that,through out middle school and highschool will freshmean year i wasnt a straight a student i was more like the dumb girl who thought she was cool and would disobeyy teachers…then i had got my consequences and ended up in a continuasion…there i straightened my self up completly changed my self completely…
for a year and still i respested always abeyed and listened to what anyone had to sayy made friends,just became a really good girl and then it slowly started happening i just started feeling down and ugly..
everything just kinda fell on me at once i didnt go out,dont really like being around people,everyday for no reason a gett this feeling it hurts soo much i fel like im dying inside and out…
i loose wieght for no reason i eat well..
i have stomach problems and have had them for a lond time now,
i always feel pain in my stomach and at times i feel as if there is a needle in my stomach riping my insides…
i sometimes look in the mirror and just cryy..
at night i cant sleep at all i tyr everything….to stop thinking to to control my mind anyway i cann..
there was a time were i started to slap my self and hitt my self out of anger cause it wouldnt stop and i would just layy there and cry and cry and cry,it would reming me of the feeling when i would get hitt..
i look dead…..
i everyone can see it but still tell me its all in my minddddd:((
i cant this anymore i dont no what to dooo
