This Is Gona Sound Odd, but i wana put weight on…

ive lost a lot and i have a low bmi. i feel weak a lot and i just want more energy i never seem to put weight on no matter how much i eat. any ideas?

Intake a lot calories..regardless of the food. Strength training…building up your muscles for weight and strength..

well that has happen to me, you should try something that is called weight gainer,its a drink you mix, and it can be found at a GNC, general nutrition center!!! good luck

Before you embark on any kind of diet to gain weight, you need to see a doctor and tell him what you have said here. I don’t really think anybody here is qualified enough to advice you on how to go about doing that.

Get yourself checked out first because you might have more underlying problems than you know about.

Sometimes it’s just a matter of following a strict and balanced diet to actually achieve the weight that you want. Other times, it’s just problems that are not so easy and so obvious.

Bottom line, see a doctor first.

Hyper-thyroidism, google it. Now..there are plenty of other medical reasons out there that can cause it…your best bet is to voice your concerns to a doctor and get checked out. If they can’t find anything..maybe you are naturally skinny? A lot of people are. Then you can advance with a diet plan…
