Help my house is a living hell!
I’m 15 years old and ever since I was 5 my mother has been telling me that when I graduate high school she’s going to divorce my dad. Well I have a brother that is 5 years older then me and my mom NEVER told that to him. He was in boy scouts (now an eagle scout) and couldn’t be worried with it, but I was in girl scouts and for some reason that meant it was ok for me to worry.
Now, I can remember clearly that when my brother was in middle school & high school he was lazy about his homework just like me, but in high school he would lie to my parents about his grades. When progress reports came out he was intercept them in mail and hide them in his room! I never did anything like that I would tell me mom straight up about my grades even when there were bad. But for some reason my brother gets treated like a god. And if I forget to unload the dishwasher I get woken up at 3 in the morning and she calls me a lying, cleving, evil manipulative little *****. Over a DISHWASH!
I’m a sophomore in high school (oh and I’m taking a sign language class at the local community college)and my brother is a junior in college, my brothers school is about 20 minutes away from home so we get to see quite a bit. But what really pisses me off is that my parents don’t ******* care about me. Ever since my bro went to college they don’t make dinner anymore unless he comes home. I have to make most if not all my meals.
Today really sucked because my mother exploded! she told me that I’m on my own for college and that once I walk across the stage and get my diploma she’s leaving. So once again my brother gets everything he wants and I’m left in the dust.
Also, my mother tricks me by she’ll ofter to buy me something or to give one of my friends a ride home and I’ll ask her, Are you sure its ok? do you want me to pay for it? Can we really afford that? and she’ll say Oh its fine I got it. Then either 1 day, 2 weeks, or 1 year later she’ll hang it over my head and say I manipulated her.
I’m so tired of this!
What should I do??
